Christianity in Africa is growing fast.
The African Christian population is expected to reach 1.1 billion by 2050. But with nine out of ten African children not on track in literacy, the next generation may be especially vulnerable to incorrect biblical teaching.
Our Daily Bread Ministries (ODBM) Literacy Program utilizes modified Our Daily Bread devotions, Bible stories, and more biblical resources to teach students English in just one year.
The Literacy Program allows us to go in and provide something that these people really need. Not just to make heaven more accessible later, but it makes heaven on earth now because it makes their lives better here.

But the ODBM Literacy Program doesn’t just strengthen kids’ faith.
